I did this project during my tenure working with OneKode. The AI Generator project is focused on developing an AI Art Generator that combines image generation, logo design, and icon design into one platform. The goal was to provide a comprehensive solution for digital art creation.

My Role
My role was to design an integrated, user-friendly platform that consolidates image generation, logo creation, and icon design, all the research and competitor analysis was done already. So, I'll give a simple sneak peek of the things they had in mind what was the design I provided to them.

Project Summary
This project aimed to create a competitive AI Art generator website for a startup, offering a unified solution for image generation, logo design, and custom icons.
Unlike specialized tools, such as Midjourney for images or other platforms for logos, this website integrated all these features into a single, affordable platform.
By focusing on simplicity and comprehensive functionality, it targeted designers, small business owners, and tech enthusiasts seeking cost-effective and versatile design solutions without sacrificing quality or convenience.

Problems
While doing the competitive analysis, these were the problems in other AI Plateforms and I had to design a solution for that:
High Costs: Users face expensive subscriptions when using multiple AI platforms for image, logo, and icon creation.
Inefficiency: Switching between various tools leads to fragmented workflows and time inefficiencies.
Quality Inconsistency: Different platforms provide varying quality, leading to dissatisfaction and unreliable results.

Results
Although the project is not live yet, we have achieved several key milestones:
Prototype Development: Successfully developed a high-fidelity prototype that integrates image generation, logo design, and custom icon creation into one seamless platform.
Positive Feedback: Received encouraging feedback from initial testers, including designers and small business owners, praising the platform's ease of use and comprehensive functionality.
Cost Efficiency: Proved that our platform would be able to provide quality design tools at a lower cost than using several specialized services.

Lessons
As a UX designer, I learned how important it is to ensure that:
User-Centered Design: Even without formal user research, informal insights from potential users can give valuable direction to the design process.
Integration and Simplicity: Designing a platform that puts several functionalities together solves user problems by decreasing associated costs with the lost efficiency.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility in the constraints formed by the budget and schedule should be allowed for the sake of success of the project.
