Thought Cloud
Thought Cloud is an iOS social connection app focused on learning, studying, and professional networking. It enables users to join organizations, participate in discussions, and host or attend events, offering both free and paid options.
I collaborated with Thought Cloud as a Product Designer in my job in OneKode to enhance social and educational interactions. I focused on improving user engagement, finding problems and developing the best solution for those problems.

Problem Statment
Users struggled to find and connect with qualified mentors for personalized guidance, as chat-based interactions often went unanswered due to lots of candidates asking an expert, causing frustration and hindering their learning and professional growth. This lack of access to specialized expertise left users without effective solutions to their specific problems.

Goal of project
Designed a complete mentorship feature so user can get access to different experts in their fields and get personalized solutions for their problem. While experts can monetize their expertise.

Process
I conducted a competitive analysis of existing products some of which are Binance and Xend Finance, two of the top players in the African market.
Strengths
Binance has deep pockets and can provide liquidity to its DeFi projects,

Established reputation and user base
Weaknesses
It can be overwhelming for new users, with a lot of features and options that may be difficult to navigate
Confusing terminology and jargon
Finally, Binance's customer support can be slow to respond, which can be frustrating for users who need help with issues.

Result
The user flow highlights the different pathways a user can take when trying to navigate Huzl app. The app employs a simple and straightforward navigation system that allows users to move effortlessly between different sections and features, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
